FTP transfer with Internet Explorer
1. Email us to sign up for a password (for just single file transfer please click "LOGIN" above." )
2. With password, go to ftp://ftp2.maxlab.net
3. Some browsers don't allow this direct access. With Internet Explorer, it is necessary to verify in the options (tab 'advanced', browsing) that the box 'Enable folder view for FTP' is checked.

FTP transfer via a dedicated FTP software
Software such as FTP Explorer, CuteFTP, or WS_FTP
can be installed and used with our system. If you do not have these programs you can go to www.download.com.

2. Your particular software will ask for a username, password and home directory.
